Akari wants to visit the oldest bridge in Neo-Venezia, a simple wooden structure that was built back in Aqua's pioneer days. So one snowy day, Akari and President Aria trek out to see it. But as she crosses the bridge, eyes are watching her... and when she emerges on the other side, the city is entirely different from how it was before.
