The story begins on a stormy night. At an old inn called the "Admiral Benbow" on Black Hill, a remote part of the countryside of England, appears an old, mysterious sea captain. Jim Hawkins, the only son of the former owner of the Admiral Benbow, is an adventurous 13-year-old boy. He lives with his mother and Benbow, a leopard given to him by a guest. They were living happily until that night...
The old captain, Billy Bones, warns of a certain one-legged man. He leaves some mysterious papers that Jim discovers is a map of Treasure Island!! One thing that must be mentioned is that Big Flint, a notorious pirate, once had this map. Jim is thrilled and feels the seaworthiness in his blood. Hey, Jim, be a man - go to Treasure Island!
