During the course of his journey, he meets Pai Chan who is fighting for her freedom and at the same time running away from her fiance as he wants to make the powers of the Lau Chan Group his own by marrying Pai. The always good-natured Akira ends up freeing Pai from her fiance. While on the run, the two meet Jacky and Sarah Bryant who both end up supporting Pais cause and the four decide to travel together. Meanwhile, Kagemaru is approached by a secret clinic to kidnap Sarah to use her as a database for the creation of an android to be used as a war weapon. To collect this data, Sarah is brainwashed and turned into a fighting doll. Akira, Pai and Jacky venture out together to free Sarah from her kidnappers.
